Assuming another 1-1/2 hours to LATC, that puts it in there at 8:30 pm PT. That is a 39 hour schedule for 1477 miles if it takes the Alhambra Sub; 1483 on the LA Sub. That's 37.9 mph average speed. Pretty darn good! How often does it make a schedule that fast? Is that the scheduled time into LATC, or is there padding? And wonder what the available time is at LATC?

This train gets 5 units (BNSF style) more often than not now due to increased FedEx and UPS loadings. Certainly one of the hotter trains on the ex-T&P and Sunset now, maybe the hottest on specific days of the week.

Does that allow for meeting UPS sorts for early morning delivery? The Shops is immediately adjacent to UPS's main LA central hub, but still a ways from others (Ontario, Anaheim, Aliso Viejo, others).

Have you factored in the 2 hours gained going from CDT to PDT?

Going to try to catch it after off work at 4:15. Can someone please update and indicate if going straight through by Ontario Airport (Sunset) or south (Alhambra) when it hits West Colton? That will determine the path after work. Any and all replies are greatly appreciated!
