UP/FRA Train W/B @ Pomona CA on UP Alhambra Sub 6/22/2018 .

UP/FRA Train (with BNSF SD70ACE #9161, with EX CSXT GECX C40-8 #7308 all foreign consist, with DOTX 223 And DOTX 219! @ Pomona CA 6/22/2018 Train was on it's way to UP Coast line to SLO .

Nope, converted Army Kitchen Car. Hospital cars were 80 feet long.
Amtrak used these converted kitchen cars for baggage cars on the Amfleet equipped San Diegans before the Surfliner equipment arrived.

That train is getting around.  Several days ago I saw photos of it on the Grand Canyon Railroad.   It must've gone down to Phoenix from there on BNSF and transferred to UP.
