This is UP's MKCSJ, which has operated over the BNSF via trackage rights to St. Joseph, MO, since the line between Atchison, KS and Rushville, MO washed out a few years back. Clarke can be found in Riverside, MO, alongside MO Hwy. 9.
The 9990 is one of a small handful of units left on the roster that has the Jenks lettering on the long hood, and the trailing unit is one of just three C40-8's left on the roster, the 9152.
