Wednesday's Power Samplings On The Northern Transcon

It was a sunny day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 81/48. Had the tree trimmer over which took time away from trackside. Here are some of the trains from today and several from yesterday.

6/26/2018

1. EB 341pm manifest train with BNSF 5502 and green and cream 9521 on the point with DPU. H-PASNTW9-26a.
2. WB 356pm "Z" train with BNSF 7593-7187-5649-7962 on the pull.
3. Grab shot of EB 550pm manifest train with BNSF 4991 and Warbonnet 775 on the point.

4. WB 639pm grain train with BNSF 4652-7888-5736 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
5. DPU CREX 1311 on same train.

6. WB 912am coal train with BNSF 6414-5150-9339 on the pull with DPU.

7. EB 1020am "Q" train with BNSF 5641-6302-6716 on the pull puffing up the grade on approach.
8. A closer look at same "Q".
9. WB 1151am "Z" train with BNSF 7875 on the very point with a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.

10. WB 1239pm auto train with BNSF 5994-5064 and Warbonnet 729 on the point.
11. Another shot of Warbonnet 729 on same train.
12. The End of same train fading away by old NP Ritzville Depot.

13. WB 114pm manifest train with BNSF 6833, CN 8910 and BNSF 4511 on the pull with DPU.
14. Another shot of CN 8910 on same train.
15. DPU CREX 1311 on same train fading away by Ritzville Depot.

16. WB 311pm grain train with BNSF 602-5611 on the point with DPU.
17. DPU BNSF 7800 on same train.
18. WB 346pm auto train with BNSF 8216-H1 1063 on the pull.

Hey Larry it's the Larry and Ed Show I won't post my pics of the 5502 and Greinstein at Whitefish at 1930. The 5502 developed Computer problems here but they were able to run it thru. Have a great night.
