An unusual and rare locomotive appeared in the PNW operating on the locals based out of Wallula, WA recently.
UP 1373, GP40P-2, one of only two on the UP roster (and one of three built for the SP in 1974 as 3198).

Two weeks ago it was working the local based out of Wallula but I caught it last night running through Kennewick leading the 1215 and a sizable train.
The LID52 crew made their exchange and ran the 1373 long-hood-forwards parking it in Richland for the morning LID51 crew.
