On the web cam site they say it is at tunnel between 3-5

Here's an aerial of the Cliff area taken this past May and a second one taken in 2014. There have been at least three derailments at Cliff in the past several years, at least two caused by stringlining of empty lumber cars. The railroad between tunnels 3 and 5 is single track.
