Heads-up: New BNSF and CP GEs headed for Tehachapi

BNSF southbound (RR eastbound) stack train (lots of JB Hunt) passed through Modesto at 07:00 this morning. New BNSF GE leading, followed by two brand new CP GEs, and then an older BNSF GE. Train was doing the speed limit. Look for it somewhere between Bakersfield and Tehachapi in the 11:00 - 12:00 time period.

Missed it this morning before it arrived in Winslow. Stockton - Chicago Q. The CP motors still show as GP38 numbers on the tracker. Bet they looked slick rolling over the red desert dirt.
