Work windows on Tehachapi today/tomorrow?

Assume everyday has a window. Usually traffic is heavy between 6am and 9am... then the crews comeout and MAYBE a eastbound Z train is led through the pass. Usually it is crickets from 10am-3pm with one Z train. Traffic builds out of Mojave and out of Bakersfield and the afternoons early evenings are filled with trains. Good luck
