UP says PSR with ease Metra Delays (from October)

Just saw this and don't recall it being posted, and find it amusing. When UP rolled out their fomerly-known-as-Precision-Scheduled-Railroading plan this fall, they made a public statement that it would ease freight train delays to Metra in Chicago. I would love to see data emerge on that over time and find out if it actually happened. Note, this is from October, but I don't recall it posted here.
