Question on the UP funeral train's second unit

The second unit on the funeral train was the UP 9096. I'm showing this as a GE C41, which it's not. How old of a SD70 is this and is there a significance to that road number being used on this train.

       I think 9096 is probably less than a year old, not sure but probably is one of those SD70Ace units or whatever the designation is.

SD70AH built earlier this year, exact date wasn't listed on source I found.
