Nice and meaningful photo for me!  You appear to be standing on or near the now-closed Bisbee Street crossing.  My grandparents (grandfather was an ATSF Roadmaster) lived for years less than a block north of there at the corner of Kansas Ave (the main drag) and Bisbee Street.  For the first 20 years of my life, during our family vacations to Marceline from home in Virginia, I spent time at that very crossing watching for trains.  Thanks for sharing!
