Due to klow-land flooding alond the Missouri River, Amtrak's twice-diaily Missouri River Runner passenger trains between Kansas City, Mo., and St. Louis, Mo., have been cancelled for Monday, March 18, 2019.  The trains operate on Union Pacific Railroad tracks via Sedalia and Jefferson City.

Look for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to have AMTRAK design trains with "catfish fins".  That will fix it!
Aside from this Larry, have you been up to Atchison or Leavenworth to view the river parallel to the tracks there?  Would like to see some photos if so.

It isn't just surface transporation taking it on the chin. The U.S. Air Force's most important base flooded yesterday. Water receeding now.

Have been to the Leavenworth walking site between west bank and the railroad track in past year.  Bet things are amiss now in that water.  Be safe.
