I assume they must be CN property now. That's the only way I can explain their trips through the middle of the United States. They look like SD60s from the cab forward. but yikes, what's that behind the cab?

It eliminates the most common problem with carbody type locomotives: The inability to look back at your train to inspect it enroute, or the inability of the engineer to look back for signals during switching.
