It was a sunny to partly cloudy day in Ritzville, WA on this April first on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low was 60-37 so far. Traffic was busy over the weekend. I spent part of my time in Spokane, but managed to still catch a montage of trains. Here is some of the action from the weekend. I'll catch up to the First of April tomorrow, lol.

3/30/2019

1. EB 257pm intermodal train with BNSF 7890, Warbonnet 4719 and BNSF 8260 on the point with DPU.
2. DPU BNSF 5753 on same train.
3. EB 325pm grain train with BNSF 7912-9858 on the pull with DPU's.

4. EB 341pm manifest train with BNSF 7102, CSXT 3136 and BNSF 7925 on the point with no DPU.
5. Some of the 20+cars of pipe on same train.
6. WB 357pm grain train with BNSF 4317-7379 on the pull with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.

7. WB 412pm grain or soybean train with BNSF 6868-4159 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
8. EB 434pm manifest train with all EMD BNSF 297-1454-279 on the pull with no DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger. Good sounding train.

Nice catches and shots Larry.  #22 is impressive with the depot and grain bin in view.  The all EMD consist would have been nice to hear.
