i know there are many variables but what is the approximate wait time it takes to fuel and get a train moving again?

Back when I was watching the web cam on the fueling pads, it looked like about 30 to 45 minutes for a Z type trains, somewhat longer for other types.  Of course that includes mechanical inspections as well as fueling.
