After some time has passed, the perps may blunder their into becoming contributing members of society, but the cost of their redemtion can be tough to endure for current and future victims unfortunate enough to cross their paths. Interesting to see the punishment. There have been several cases of teenages smashing widows at heritage railway centres over the past month. Not sure what the world is coming to when 12 and 14 year olds do this kind of damage.

Umm the US and other countries are no different when it comes to fights in the stands at pro sports stadiums. I'm also pretty sure muggings happen everywhere as well.
