Western Railroad Discussion > Heavy metal pacing in the valleyDate: 05/28/19 16:50 Heavy metal pacing in the valley Author: ssloansjca BNSF ES44C4 6672 is leading a northbound manifest in these pacing shots, taken on Memorial Day, May 27, 2019 north of Shafter, CA.
My oldest Stephen Sloan was driving, my grandson was in the back seat, when I took this and other shots out the passenger side window. Photos taken with a Nikon D300s with a 55mm f2.8 Micro-Nikkor prime lens. Steve Sloan San Jose, CA Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/28/19 16:51 by ssloansjca. Is it physically visible, or is the center wheel just unweighted? I assume the crank position tells if it's loaded or unloaded?
