Western Railroad Discussion > Backdoor into Enterprise

This is a shooting angle/composition I’ve always liked, but rarely shot. Train & track coming down from slight elevation, sweeping around out of a tunnel of trees. But to shoot it in normal sunshine would be to shoot directly into that sunshine. The track is N-S right here. So I just waited for one of those ‘hazy bright’ kinda days. And with P-shop magic I enhanced the bright orange against the dull brown forestry. All with just a hint of blue sky smiling down from above. Welcome to Kansas…

1. BNSF 5053 is about cross E 5th St (KS hwy 43) in Enterprise, KS on March 24, 2019.
