What is that building in Rocklin on UP calendar?

Nice looking but what is it?   It is the June photo on the calendar.

coming by the depot in rocklin, ca on rocklin road. check out google.com/maps street view.   dave, out.

 Could it be a tribute to Rocklin being the " supposed " GRANITE capitol of the world , with a clock ??

The clock tower is part of a newer building that houses the Rockin Chamber of Commerce and Amtrak station. The station part is unstaffed, but has an inside waiting room with bathrooms. Only Capitol Corridor trains stop there. The California Zephyr just passes by.
