Western Railroad Discussion > At least I got the moonDate: 06/13/19 13:23 At least I got the moon Author: CBRL I was kind of bugged that the Amtrak was so late I couldn't get a shot of it meeting this short local during daylight, but the clouds in the background were turning red and the moon showed up when the crew was finally able to start up again. This is at the Alford siding about 20 miles north of Eugene, OR.

JB Date: 06/13/19 13:36 Re: At least I got the moon Author: CBRL Thanks. The wide-angle lens (10mm) makes the train look a bit longer - length was around 1100-1200 feet, short for around here.
