Eastbound UP in San Timoteo Canyon

Here's a pic from early this afternoon in San Timoteo Canyon.
The second pic includes a sign that refers to an active trenching project that reduces the road to one lane in one section; there is flag protection.  Somewhat like a city road project, this pipe is being buried under the road, not adjacent to it.

That lane closure is something to keep in mind should 4014 run on the Yuma Sub in October.
