Author: Ritzville It was a HOT smoky day in Ritzville, WA On The BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 97-60. Possibly 100 tomorrow, YUK! Ritzville has been surrounded by fires in the region, making it very smoky the last few days. Here are just a couple from today so far and several from the last couple of days. Traffic has been fairly light with lulls.
8/3/2019 1. WB 336pm coal train with BNSF 6310-5752-5539 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.. Believe the Symbol was C-SCMCEC. 2. WB 351pm coal train with BNSF 9081-H1 990-9083 on the pull with DPU. Believe the Symbol was C-SXMRBG. 3. DPU BNSF 7501 on same train. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 08/05/19 16:31 by Ritzville. Believe the Symbol was U-FYNFTE.

7. WB 1233pm grain train with BNSF 5169-5116-7937 on the pull with DPU's. 8. DPU's CP 8764 and BNSF 7178 on same train. 9. WB 145pm grain train with BNSF 5374-4130-5087 on the point with DPU. 8/5/2019 14. WB 1009am manifest train with BNSF 5645-8286-1096 on the point with no DPU. 15. EB 328pm grain? train with solo BNSF 7391 on the pull with DPU. Larry, the BNSF 4100 and 4111 went to Kalama, Wash from our railroad last friday.. Westbound symbol was a G-FLWKAH9-02A, so I wonder where it is going now.. X-KAHXXX would be a start.. Came to 4 Lakes as the X-KAHFLW9-27A. I knew you would see a pinch as BNSF would put most of the traffic to stop.. Hope the weather clears and BNSF starts running trains...!!!
