I just felt this strong urge to play around with a few billion black & white pixels… and all the zillions of shades in between. Doesn’t happen very often. And I had to get some old fashioned “tail-wags-the-old-dog” type help with the photo-editing. I tell ya… the things they teach a kid in grade school these days…

1. A stately agricultural complex next to Uncle Pete’s Denver ~ Cheyenne main line in Ault, CO. But look a bit closer… a LOT closer… do you see it???

2. & 3. …AHA!!! Somebody forgot to tell the train what I was doing. UP 5889 comes rolling north in living techno-banana color.

OK… here’s the ‘money’ shot. (Just for you purists… ;^)

4. UP 5889, 8444 + an unknown sibling are Cheyenne-bound with a manifest in Ault, CO on July 30, 2019.
