End Of The Work Week action On The BNSF Northern Transcon

It was a sunny day with clouds in the morning at Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low was 75-56. Cooler temps on the way. Traffic was so-so for a Friday with several long lulls from 521am to 302pm. Here is some of the action from today and several from yesterday. Happy Friday the 13th!

9/12/2019

1. WB 1052am "Z" train with BNSF 8393-7316-7125-8181-7622 on the point with DPU.
2. Another shot of double number BNSF 8181 oin same "Z".
3. The End of same train fading away.

4. EB 1143am grain train with BNSF 4117-7905 on the pull with DPU.
5. DPU BNSF 8518 on same train.
6. EB 247pm empty ballast train with BNSF 7422 on the point with DPU.

8. EB 455pm manifest train with BNSF 5292-4266-4147 on the point with DPU.
9. EB 455pm manifest train with BNSF Orange Blast on the pull with DPU.

10. EB 520pm manifest train with BNSF 6658, CREX 1346 and BNSF 6099 on the pull with no DPU.

11. EB 819am auto train with BNSF 4900, green and cream 9513 and BNSF H1 1060  on the point with no DPU.
12. Older CNW auto rack rolling in same train.

14. WB 1201pm oil train with BNSF 4113-7891 on the point with DPU's.
15. DPU's BNSF 7262-5891 on same train.

16. Grab shot of EB 251pm intermodal train with BNSF 7543 a nd Ferromex 4628 on the pull with DPU.
17. DPU BNSF 5303 on same train.
18. EB 302pm manifest train with BNSF 7369, CREX 1416 and BNSF 6900 on the point with no DPU. Was hoping for more trains, but nothing close by.
