Western Railroad Discussion > 4014 in morning light

I was blessed to have access to 4014 before we boarded the train Saturday morning at the Colton Yard. The train crew was finishing their work before 30 plus volunteers and 300 plus passengers climbed on board for a once in a lifetime trip. RailGiants (from the museum at the Pomona Fairplex) had the only public passenger excursion. There was 12 cars added to the regular touring train: Challenger, Sunshine Special, City of Salina, Texas Eagle, Columbine, Missouri River Eagle, 208 (power car), Colorado Eagle, City of Los Angeles, City of Portland, City of San Francisco, and Cheyene.
