UP 3881 is seen southbound on the UP Washy line on the morning September 22, 2019

First seen at Wallula/Wallula Junction

UP 3881 was subsequently spotted at Port Kelley

UP 3881 was then spotted at Juniper/Juniper Canyon and at Cold Springs.

ODOT has a sign posted indicating the bridge at Cold Springs will be closing for replacement. That could impact shots from this location
