My daughter and I where on the west side of the Topanga Canyon Blvd tunnel when the OCS special rolled by.

That was always one of my favorite spots -- well, it was until they put that fence up!

Looking at the portal, I know 1904 is when the tunnel was completed, but what does the 1928 date refer to?
