Yep, I'm busted!!! :^)  I was taking a little bit of license there with the Gene Hackman scene with Peter Boyle, but I needed the name Mongo for the thread title & script. I doubt Mr Brooks would mind, as both flicks were released in 1974. Although he might want to enrol me in the William J Le Petomane school for plagiarism ... ;^)

A really nice image that brings out all
the best of the gloomy side ... and thanks for the
trip back to the 70's ... a pretty unique time
for movies, TV, and comedy before they
lost their innocence and were overwhelmed
by the trend to out do reality.
