Good grief, the sea levels off CA have only risen 6 inches in the last 70 years. Zero impact on the bluffs so far. Here in South Florida, any new house constructed on the ocean or bays will be elevated a few feet. Plus there are many more daily trains than in previous years which may increase destablization of the bluffs.
