Does GE make switchers anymore? Or does Wabtec not care if they can supply the air brakes?

GE hasn't built a "switcher" in over 20 years. Though some of the smaller export units are about the same size.

Seems pretty cheap, Wabtec paid about 60% of one year's sales for the company. Have they been profitable?
