Diesel Report from OERM--part four-1/29/20

Carl sent me a photo of the front truck from SP 3100 sitting outside of the carbarn. The truck was rolled over plastic for the purpose of the cleaning out the accumulated "crude" from the truck. Some disassembly has already occurred but the actual act of lifting the truck to free up the rear traction motor will have to wait until we can roll it down to our inspection pit. Right now that track is getting some MOW!

What is the ratchet and chain for? First time I've seen this on any detached truck.

Something carl put on the truck for now! I don't know what it is for. It is above my paygrade!
