CORP Locals in Eugene Yard

Hi All,
I notice on a regular basis that CORP locomotives make their way to Eugene. I am guessing they come to and fro with the 3x UP SD70ms that pull the traffic to Roseburg and back.
Are the CORP locomotives brought to Eugene to be serviced in the locomotive shop? I have seen them parked inside and outside with the UP locomotives.

Anyone able to shed some light on this operation aspect?
