Caught a empty sand O-KCAL this morning 02/16/2020 arriving Wylie in thick fog.  KCS 4190 east with 514 axles arrived Wylie TX at 8 am. Stopped at Wylie for more diesel and a new crew. They got permission to depart the yard at CPT 198 after the arrival of the M-SHDA.  The SHDA crew were on very short time with 2 SD70ACes and one locomotive not loading right. They slow rolled it into Wylie yard with 10 minutes left to work.  Wylie ATM was in a panic mode and was talking to the yard job crew about plan B not wanting to foul the main causing the KCAL departure to get delayed.  Fortnuately the SHDA cleared the main line with 9 seconds to spare and came to a stop. Now that folks is Precision Railroading.
