Tacoma Rail (TMBL) has placed a nicely painted caboose at the entrance to their facility along South Frontage Road, in Tacoma, Washington as seen on the afternoon of February 18, 2020

Is this a former UP caboose?

Sure looks like a UP CA9 to me.

The Tacoma Rail caboose is ex UP 25643, a CA-9 class. To Tacoma Municipal Belt Line (TMBL) 201 in 1990; changed to Tacoma Rail (TMBL) 201 in 1998.
