Western Railroad Discussion > Low Light on the high plainsDate: 05/24/20 07:33 Low Light on the high plains Author: santafe199 Here’s an image just for Don, my esteemed Low Light co-conspirator out there on that left coast. It’s a still-pure SP paint scheme climbing the dizzying heights of the western Kansas plains with a coal empty. There are no rude mountains getting in the way of this sunset scene. And there are no confusing cell-phone towers growing out here on these wind-swept, bread-basket plains…
1. “UP 177”, still in pure SP paint passing the station signboard at Ogallah, KS on February 5, 2013. Thanks for looking! Lance Garrels santafe199 Date: 05/24/20 08:15 Re: Low Light on the high plains Author: Bob3985 Yep. Good ole "Low Light Lance". Hahahaha
