From my notes, FYN = Fryburg, ND.  Not sure of FTE.  Corrections are welcomed.

Tesoro became Andeavor, which merged with Marathon Petroleum.  FTE= Fidalgo, WA (Marathon)- for now.

Fidalgo is the end of the line. The track beyond to Anacortes is a trail now. The media refers to the refinery as the Tesoro Anacortes refinery, but it is just outside fo the Anacortes city limits.

FTE is Marathon Refinery, just outside the Anacortes city limits, on Fidalgo Bay, about daily for unit trains.
Nearby is Equilon (owned by Shell), with it's Fidalgo refinery up for sale.  AFAIK, it doesn't receive unit trains.
AWA is BP, used to be Arco, further north at Cherry Point, about daily for unit trains.
FEP is Phillips 66 at Ferndale, a little south of BP.
FEB became FEP?
Also in Washington State are TAO unit trains to TrailStone (ex-U.S. Oil & Refining).
goneon66, I knew you'd want those symbols!

Which is currently known as Tesoro.

Shell intended to run unit trains. There was an RFP for the environmental work. If I have understood it correctly, Shell's plan awoke a sleeping dragon. It seems that the current train volume because of Tesoro trains exceeds the limit in an agreement Great Northern made to obtain right of way across tribal land. That wound up making a lot of money for a lot of lawyers and when the smoke cleared, Shell bagged their plan for unit trains. I did not hear about outcome of the Tesoro trains part, but they're still running, last I heard.
