Western Railroad Discussion > What Was That on UP California Canyon Sub?Date: 05/30/20 09:08 What Was That on UP California Canyon Sub? Author: Zephyr On the evening of May 29th, an interesting and mysterious westound UP train consisting of 2 locomotives and what appeared to be a single level commuter coach proceeded westbound down the Feather River Canyon. Anybody have intel on what that movement was?
Thanks in advance for any clarity! Pete Clio, California Date: 05/30/20 10:19 Re: What Was That on UP California Canyon Sub? Author: ross I can take an educated guess: sounds like one of the new Siemens California coaches returning from testing possibly. I know one passed Kearney, NE a few days ago.
