My retired from UPRR brother was told that looters broke windows, and UP boarded up the lobby.  Nebraska has the National Guard embedded with law enforcement.

Hard to comment on this stuff without being pollitical, racial or taking any side what so ever.

           Odd that you don't know how or choose to be silent. The subject was very simple, the place was either vandalised or not, no one asked for comments on the 'who done it' part.

Who did it?  Violent, criminal thugs.  No further description needed.

Update from a source who contacted UP's Public Relations Lady:

Our building sustained cosmetic damages and broken glass on Saturday. The  building had just cosmetic damages on Sunday.

I drove by an hour ago, saw boarded up windows on the north side completely closed. The south side was boarded up but the revolving door was open.

Oh railroad's ALWAYS gonna have a working revolving door. Odds are it'll be there after the building's long gone.
