Second Video: From cue prior to first blade change to terminal blade state

Spotter is near ESS Springer. "Creek" means train is at ESS Springer. I also had cameras running simultaneously at WSS Springer, 717, and WSS Levy to confirm movement timing. 712 drop to 45 (approach) occurred when #3 was 14 seconds west of ESS Springer. I guess it takes a few seconds for relays to cascade towards 712 or something? When 712 dropped to H (stop), 717 and WSS Levy dropped straight to H (stop).

Signal timing:

ESS Springer 11:03:29 am
712 to 45/approach 11:03:43
712 to H/stop 11:13:57
717 to H/stop 11:13:58
WSS Levy to H/Stop 11:14:00
