Ft Madison Webcam is back.

Virtual Railfan has added Ft Madison, Iowa to their Webcam line up. It can be found on YouTube.


I forgot how much I missed a camera at this location. One of the first really good quality railroad web cams was there about 15 years ago.

I just found it yesterday! It's a great location with lots of rail traffic and Mississippi River barge traffic.

One of the best railcam locations I've ever seen.  Wonder if they give people staying at the Kingsley Inn a pair of earplugs for a better night's sleep?  (If they're railfans they probably stay up all night anyway.)
