BNSF harbor Sub Alcoa yard is getting some M 0 W

I drove over the bridge over the tracks on Del Amo Blvd. in Torrance today and noticed a track crew on the yard area of the Alcoa sidings / Yard for some much needed maintenance.

Good news. The last work I know of was working a tie train about twenty five years ago.
