Freshly painted UP units Co Bluffs Iowa in Flag scheme updated

A GE (7225) and a SD70M 4222 both appeared in the defunct flag scheme but in glistening fresh paint. Need to use up flag decals?

I just don't think it's defunct. UP would save so much money not putting the flag on the AC44 rebuilds, but they are.
