How To Spell Heat Relief, Clouds! On The BNSF

After some triple digit days, today felt much better except for the added humidity in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The clouds were a blessing from the heat. The high-low was 88-65, back to the 90's tomorrow. Traffic is at 25 trains since midnight with more on the way. Here are some trains from today and yesterday.

7/31/2020

1. EB 420pm 3x2x1 Mega grain/oil train with BNSF 5232-254-8435 on the point with DPU's.
2. Another shot of BNSF 254 on same train.
3. Middle DPU's BNSF 5125-6632 on same Mega train.

4. End DPU BNSF 6556 on same Mega train.
5. WB 452pm manifest train with BNSF 6797 on the pull with DPU.
6. DPU BNSF 7843 on same train.

7. EB 601pm 3x2x0 manifest train with BNSF 3989-7458-3834 on the point with DPU's.
8. Old Columbus and Greenville boxcar rolling in same train.
9. Middle DPU's BNSF 9093-5929 on same train.

14. WB 1107am manifest train with BNSF 5505-3918-7097 on the pull with no DPU.
15. WB 1123am coal train with BNSF 5763-9193 on the point with DPU's.

16. EB 1217pm "Z" train with BNSF 6901-9152-5211 on the pull with no DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
17. WB 1230pm grain train with CP 8826 and BNSF 8449 on the point with DPU's.
18. DPU's BNSF 6000-5941 on same train.

19. WB 206pm oil train with BNSF 7323-4173 on the point with DPU's.
20. DPU's BNSF 8180-6694 on same train.
21. WB 237pm grain train with BNSF 8206-6005 on the pull with DPU's.
