Leaving Hillside AZ on the Peavine

Hillside, AZ is a small town with a big siding BNSF likes to do meets on the Peavine. Leaving the siding this trian has a long climb northbound past Grand View into Skull Valley.

Nice photos. The Peavine line is "dark" with abot 10-12 trains per 24 hours. Does BNSF have any plans to add CTC or ABS  or maybe APB?

Hi Russ, They are currently installing PTC and power switches on it.
