Looks like SD45-2B.  Here's a pic from 2013, couldn't find anything newer with GN markings:

Yes, a SD45-2B. Passed Griffith, AZ 0307 MT / 0207 PT. Should be in Barstow by day's end.

I found it on Labor Day on the rip track at Tangier OK just west of Woodward. From what I have heard it was sitting there for servile weeks.
