Intact locomotives in scrap yards/SP popsickle U25B oregon

Are those still intact? I was told they've  been rusting away intact for years. Thanks, of course. Are there other examples? Brownsville, Texas has a dealer with units.

They were, in San Leandro, CA, cut off from active rail access.  They were ultimately scrapped  in late 2007.
