UP Local. 2 Tank cars of Mag Chloride. Set out in town with 1 other. UP 1481-1482. Return Light Power to Pueblo. Have some shots of them. Will share as soon as I get them downloaded. Ben

From what I have been told, it is used to put down on the many dirt roads in the area to help control the dust on said roads. They unload in Florence Colo just east of the Colo Hwy 67 crossing. Where it originates at, I am not privy to that info.  Ben

A highway department.  It is a deicer for highways.

Yes, De-icer on roads in winter months. Used in summer to keep dust down on roads. Ben
