Western Railroad Discussion > Is UP loading Tesla's AND Honda's at Milpitas?Date: 10/27/20 19:23 Is UP loading Tesla's AND Honda's at Milpitas? Author: bradleymckay A couple people not on TO have mentioned UP moving empty tri-levels to Milpitas (north of San Jose) for loading imported Honda automobiles. That's surprising since I thought BNSF was doing that in Richmond. Anybody know the story? TY.

Author: callum_out I ahd the same question because the V-CLORIC runs several times a week. I've been wondering about the V train out of BNSF
Birmingham which makes no sense becasue the auto plants are all a hundred miles away. Now I see a V train running out of TUP (Tupelo) which would hanlde the Toyota traffic. I have also spotted Hondas in addition to Tesla's at the Milpitas facility. MikeRail Posted from Android |
