It's Tunnel 4, one of 4 Tunnels clustered together East of Cisco.  (it's the one on the right in this shot)   It's really short, and one of the original CPRR tunnels the Chinese built. 
This is a pretty cool place to shoot- but kinda of tricky, and could prove dangerous if you let your guard down.  Trains routinely come from either direction on either track and the constant din of traffic on I-80 below masks the sound of approaching trains...  you really can't rely on your ears to protect you.   If you come up here, pay attention!!

There is a tree growing in the upper right hand corner of the first image. Amazing that a seedling could take root in a rock formation like that! Terrific photo. Dave

I've got crab grass and wire grass that could easily take root, germinate and eat through a nuclear strike hardended facility.
