Western Railroad Discussion > Mid-Train HelpDate: 11/13/20 17:43 Mid-Train Help Author: BNSF-6432 With the enormous sized trains running up and down the flat high speed Toyah Sub, Watching the train in entirety typically pays off with a GE or two providing help with the 10,000'+ long trains. Anything under such size is almost uncommon, so here's some of the DPU power I've caught while out.
1) GE's of significant age difference provide help on a westbound freight in Odessa, TX. 10/17/20 2) UP 7009 sits on a parked intermodal between Odessa and Midland 10/22/20 3) A GE and EMD separate stacks from pigs on an eastbound intermodal at Pecos 10/24/20 Date: 11/13/20 17:47 Re: Mid-Train Help Author: BNSF-6432 4) A solo GE splits an intermodal in Pecos 10/24/20
5) A pair of GE's splitting a lengthy eastbound in Odessa 10/30/20 6) Another GE duo in Midland 11/11/20 PQM Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/13/20 18:58 by BNSF-6432.
